East of India wooden x100 little pegs, crafts, card / photo holders,
East of India bag of 100 taupe little pegs, perfect for various craft projects or to peg up cards or photos on ribbon or twine perhaps. I like them in the kitchen to peg closed tops of flour, sugar and coffee bean bags!
East of India is a British design company, based in Folkestone, Kent, set up by Anne Spratling and John Ayris in 1991, with support from The Prince's Trust. Now employing 38 people in the UK and 400 in Bali where their designs are crafted using traditional skills, sustainability and fair trade is an important part of their ethos. Measures include tree-planting in Indonesia on land unsuitable for rice production, solar-powered generation of more than 50% of energy used at their office and warehouse and avoiding waste through use of recycled and recyclable and compostable materials.
