About Us
Myridale is a small, independent online store, at home in a beautiful valley in mid-Devon (Myri=beloved Dale=Valley), Myridale offers customers in the UK only, craft supplies, home accessories and gifts, backed up by great customer service.  Owner, AJ qualified as a Chartered Designer in 1997, having completed a degree in Fashion Design, has studied dressmaking, pattern cutting and tailoring for 11 years and she's spent a lifetime 'practising'. If you would like a little advice for your latest project, we're here to help! It's what we love best, really getting to know our customers, sharing ideas and creativity. 

Products and Orders
If you can pop an item into your basket, then it will be in stock, ready to be despatched the following working day, (unless clearly marked a Pre-Order when we have a run on kits). If you can't find a product, try using the search button at the top of each page. If this doesn't find it, then please contact us to see if we can find that particular item you need. We source from some of the largest wholesalers in the UK, with extensive ranges...  we'll certainly try our best for you! 

Payment
When you checkout, you can choose Secure Checkout with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners,  Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal.  All payments are via a secure online checkout - we'll have no access at any point to your credit card details. You'll receive confirmation of your order by email and updates on despatch. .
Orders over £30 qualify for free postage & packing!

We send usually by Royal Mail, second class and always keep proof of despatch. If your order doesn't arrive after 4 working days, please let us know straight away, so Royal Mail can follow it up. We aim to choose sustainable options whenever possible, so your order may arrive in clean, repurposed packaging that we receive the goods in from our suppliers. 

Returns 
We want our customers to be happy and return again and again.. ah, not that kind of return? Well same applies, in the unlikely event (orders are checked and recorded for quality control) there is a problem with your goods, let us know straight away, so we can make the appropriate arrangements with you. All returned items must be returned within 14 days (December sales extended to 15th January), in unused, unopened and saleable, new condition.
Please do remember that items that are cut to your required length, such as fabrics, ribbon, trims, etc are non-returnable under distance-selling regulations and we do not accept returns on patterns, charts, and kits that include charts. If you're unsure about a fabric or cut trim etc, contact us for a swatch to be sent, just to be reassured it's perfect for you.
